By downloading, installing, or using the SKULPT mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including both free and premium subscribers.

Description of Service

SKULPT is an AI-powered facial beauty analyzer that provides users with:

• Facial feature analysis using golden ratio and symmetry principles
• Beauty scoring based on scientific aesthetic standards
• Celebrity lookalike matching and comparisons
• Personalized beauty insights and recommendations
• Progress tracking and gamified experiences

User Responsibilities

When using SKULPT, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Use the App only for lawful purposes and personal use
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Not use the App to analyze photos without proper consent
• Respect the intellectual property rights of SKULPT and third parties
• Not share your account credentials with others

AI Analysis Disclaimer

SKULPT's AI analysis is provided for entertainment and educational purposes. Beauty scores and analyses represent algorithmic assessments based on mathematical principles and should not be considered definitive measures of attractiveness or self-worth. Individual beauty is subjective and encompasses factors beyond those measurable by AI technology.

Subscription and Payments

SKULPT offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

• Free tier includes basic analysis with limited features
• Premium subscriptions unlock advanced analysis and additional features
• Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to App Store policies

Intellectual Property

SKULPT and all related technology, algorithms, designs, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without express written permission. Your use of the App grants you no ownership rights to any aspect of the service.

Limitation of Liability

SKULPT is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. This includes but is not limited to damages related to self-image, emotional distress, or decisions made based on AI analysis results.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to SKULPT at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the App and contacting support to request account deletion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App, and continued use after changes indicates acceptance of new Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
